Personalised functional medicine consultations for people who want to understand what is driving their symptoms.
Who is this for
This may be a good fit if you:
- Have ongoing symptoms despite being told your results are normal.
- Want a deeper investigation into gut health, hormones, metabolism, immune function, nutrition, lifestyle, and stress physiology.
- Are looking for a structured, evidence-informed plan rather than isolated symptom management.
- Want to understand your body and the patterns behind your symptoms.
- Are willing to make nutrition, lifestyle, and treatment changes to support long-term health.
How Nicole works
My approach is centred around understanding how your body’s systems interact, rather than viewing each symptom in isolation.
Through detailed case-taking, review of previous pathology, functional testing where appropriate, nutrition and lifestyle assessment, and personalised treatment planning, I look for the connections between body systems.
This allows us to better understand what may be driving your symptoms and create a clear, structured plan forward.
What you can expect:
- Detailed case history and symptom pattern review.
- Review of relevant pathology and previous testing.
- Functional testing where clinically appropriate.
- Nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, and environment assessment.
- Personalised treatment planning.
- Education so clients understand the why behind the plan.

Consultation Options
Initial Consultation
For new clients. This is where I take the full case history, review health concerns and previous testing, identify patterns, and create the initial treatment direction.
Follow-Up Consultation
For ongoing support, reviewing progress, refining treatment, interpreting results, and adjusting the plan as the case evolves.
Extended Follow-Up Consultation
For detailed test interpretation, or when more time is needed than a standard follow-up.
Brief Check-In / Acute Support
For existing clients needing short-term support, a simple treatment adjustment, or a focused review. This is not emergency or urgent medical care.
Functional Testing
Functional pathology testing may be recommended where it provides useful clinical insight. This may include comprehensive blood pathology, gut microbiome testing, hormone testing, organic acids, genetic testing, nutrient markers, or other investigations depending on your case.
Testing recommendations are always considered in context with your symptoms, history, budget, and clinical priorities. Testing is not always required and is only recommended where it may help clarify the clinical picture.
