A different approach

Rather than viewing fatigue, digestive symptoms, hormonal changes, inflammation, mood changes, or weight resistance as separate problems, my approach looks at how your body systems influence one another. Your gut microbiome, immune system, hormones, metabolism, nervous system, nutrition, lifestyle, and environment are constantly communicating. When one area becomes dysregulated, it can influence the others, creating patterns of symptoms that may seem unrelated on the surface. Through detailed case-taking, functional pathology testing where appropriate, and personalised treatment strategies, I look for the connections between these systems. This allows us to build a clearer understanding of what may be driving your symptoms and create a plan that supports your body as a whole.
